Wine is strongly connected with the Greek history and culture as well as with the country’s culinary tradition. Since the ancient years, Thira, Corfu, Crete, Rhodes, Lesvos and many other places have been producing and exporting their own labels in wines.

Ancient Greeks loved wine and in Greek history, vines and grapes are a gift from god. There are over 200 varieties native in Greece, very few of which being grown elsewhere than Greece. Many of those vine varieties are worldwide unique and produce high-quality wines.
